The red-lettered tobacco warning sign that retailers are required by New York State law to display has changed again, for the umpteenth time in recent years.
On December 30th, Governor Cuomo signed into law a bill prohibiting stores from selling liquid nicotine to minors. It took effect immediately. The new law also adds liquid nicotine to the tobacco-related products listed on the red-lettered sign.
Here, you can download an updated sign with the updated verbiage and print it on a color printer for display. Please make sure you print the correct sign for your store based on the prevailing tobacco purchase age in that location.
