They’ve been recognized by retailers all over the country, being voted CSP’s Best New Technology Product this past fall. Their service is simple, doesn’t require any training, and manages itself.

Approved by the New York State Health Department, this training is also optional, but there is a strong incentive for retailers to provide it to your entire sales team. This series teaches employees the legal age limits in New York counties, how to check identification, and how to refuse sales using appropriate customer service skills. In the event of an underage sale, it can make the difference between getting one point or two points on your tobacco enforcement record, which can make the difference between keeping or losing your tobacco and lottery licenses.
