Conference Highlights

Get Reacquainted
After two years of no in-person events and endless Zoom calls, it's time to get to know our convenience store industry friends all over again. With plenty of networking opportunities, this year's Fall Conference will bring us together just like old times!

Marvel at the Gorgeous Surroundings on the St. Lawrence River
The seaway provides an amazing backdrop for a scenic morning cruise Wednesday morning and our patio reception that night. After dinner, join us around the fire pit for some fun!

Help Usher in a New Class
Help celebrate the 2021 New York Convenience Store Hall of Fame inductees, Dennis Kemmeter of United Refining Company and Marcia Russo of Acosta, at the NYACS 35th Anniversary Dinner. We'll recognize one retailer and one supplier for extraordinary leadership, achievement, and service to New York’s convenience store industry

Play a Round at the Chairmen’s Open…
A day of golf and networking at The Thousand Islands Country Club followed by lunch at the clubhouse afterward. The Chairmen’s Open benefits Convenience PAC, the political action committee through which NYACS supports candidates for state offices.

…or Experience the Best Fishing North of Lake Ontario
For non-golfers, this 4-hour fishing adventure takes off right from the hotel docks. You'll be catching pike, bass, and walleye with expert anglers. A New York State fishing license is required and your hosts will provide live bait, tackle, and cleaning.

Help Shape the 2022 NYACS Trade Show
Take part in a meeting of the NYACS Convention Committee, where we plan and organize the annual Trade Show & Convention. Even if you’re not on the committee, we could use your input, so please come and participate.

Help Shape the 2022 NYACS Issues Agenda
Take part in a meeting of the NYACS Legislative Committee as we begin developing our policy positions for next year on tobacco, motor fuel, beverage, labor, and other issues.

The NYACS Convention Committee has developed the following policy for our upcoming Fall Conference:
In accordance with CDC guidelines, we will request that all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, wear a facemask during indoor Fall Conference functions except when eating while seated. Masks will be optional during outdoor functions such as the boat ride, reception, golf tournament, and fishing trip. There is no vaccination requirement to attend the Fall Conference. This policy is subject to change in response to any updated guidelines that may be issued by the CDC, state, and/or local authorities.
