The mission of the NYACS NextGen Leaders Council is to cultivate and support the next generation of leadership within New York’s convenience store and petroleum industry through education, collaboration, and purposeful networking. The Council leverages the experience and insight of NYACS members to encourage leadership development, strategic thinking, and responsible stewardship of the industry.
